Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to use education to help people with problems in living. We use critical thinking to create innovative solutions to problems. In doing so, we draw upon popular concepts and ideas in philosophy, psychology, and psychiatry. We then use this to create wellness strategies for both individuals and organizations using innovative ideas that are specific to each clients needs.

Our Aim

Our core aim is to use philosophy to help people to properly understand anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions.

In a nutshell, we give people the educational tools that lead to empowerment. This empowerment then leads to growth through re-evaluation. This growth leads to self-mastery.

Our Belief

We believe that education is key to problem solving.  The issue, though, is that once one problem is solved, another one tends to arise! Therefore, we need to keep and open-mind and dedication to endless learning. Imagine if we all of the sudden solved every problem we thought we had! Our aim is not to help people ‘overcome’, ‘battle’, ‘treat’, ‘defeat’, or ‘defeat’ difficulties in living such as anxiety or depression. This kind of strategy has been tried and usually fails. Instead, our aim it is to see problems such as anxiety and depression as opportunities for learning, personal growth, and self-mastery. We think ‘journey’, not ‘destination’. 

Our Process

Annapurna helps guide people to find their own direction through looking closely about how they live. We offer philosophical tools and education on how to develop a path that works for their unique needs. This path leads to understanding that will develop productive self-care.
